Insamling av personliga uppgifter
Vi samlar in information från olika håll för att förstå och möta användarnas behov samt för att uppfylla de krav lagen ställer på kundkännedom. Personliga uppgifter om kunderna samlas bl.a. från kunderna själva eller deras representanter, befolkningsregistercentralen och andra myndighetsregister, kundstörnings- och kreditupplysningsregister, bolag i samma koncern samt samarbetspartners inom finansierings- och försäkringsbranschen inom i lagen tillåtna gränser. Vi kan också skaffa information från andra pålitliga källor, såsom kommersiella register som innehåller uppgifter om bolags ansvarspersoner och ägare.
Vi eftersträvar att hålla kundinformationen uppdaterad, men om kunden trots allt upptäcker fel i sina uppgifter, t.ex. på ett kontoutdrag, ber vi kunden meddela om felet.
Rätt att kontrollera sina uppgifter och förbjuda marknadsföring
Kunden har möjlighet att kontrollera uppgifterna om honom/henne i våra register genom att skriftligen be om att få dem av registerföraren. Kunden har rätt att genom ett meddelande till registerföraren förbjuda att information om honom/henne används för direktmarknadsföring, distansförsäljning eller marknads- och opinionsundersökningar. Registerföraren korrigerar fel eller uppdaterar gammal information i registret omedelbart efter att sådana upptäckts. På grund av sekretessbestämmelser kan vi inte svara på förfrågningar om kontroll av uppgifterna per e-post över öppet nätverk.
